Joseph Stanko began his career with Lee & Associates in 2016 and specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, owner/user sales, and investment sales, with a focus on the South Bay market. During his time with Lee & Associates, he has achieved success in building a rapport with his clients as being a knowledgeable, motivated, and industrious individual completing over several million square feet of sale and lease transactions. Joseph utilizes a strong work ethic and creative thinking to go the extra mile for his clients.

Joseph Stanko brings over eight years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry to his role at Lee & Associates. Before joining the firm in 2016, Joseph honed his skills and expertise while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Irvine.
